Bio-Based
GemLeaze GP Bio is a bio-based mould release agent developed for wet-cast concrete production. Applied as a thin, even film, it helps prevent concrete from adhering to the mould and supports clean removal after curing.
The product is suitable for compatible steel, plywood, raw timber and other oil-resistant mould surfaces. It may also be used as a protective coating on concrete mixers and blending equipment to help reduce concrete build-up and support routine cleaning.
Application should be controlled to provide an even film across the mould surface. Excess product, runs or pooling should be avoided, as overapplication can affect release performance and the finished concrete surface.

A mould release agent creates a separating film between the concrete and mould surface. This helps prevent adhesion, supports cleaner demoulding and can reduce damage to the concrete and mould during removal.
“Bio” refers to the product’s bio-based formulation. It should not be interpreted as confirmation that the product is biodegradable, non-hazardous, low-VOC or environmentally certified. Refer to the current safety information for handling and environmental guidance.
It is intended for compatible steel, plywood, raw timber and other oil-resistant mould materials. A small trial should be completed before treating an unfamiliar surface.
Apply a thin, even film using suitable spray equipment, a roller or another controlled application method. The mould surface should be clean and free from old concrete or excessive contamination before application.
