Product Description

Gem Fully Synthetic Two Stroke oil is a high-performance two-stroke oil. It is formulated with advanced high-performance additives and synthetic and mineral base stocks that allow for a clean burn and meet the demands of JASO.

The formulation is designed to deliver a low-smoke burn, high film strength for superior engine protection, reduced exhaust blockage, and enhanced performance across a range of operating temperatures.

Gem Fully Synthetic Two Stroke is not classified as hazardous under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP). It contains 10–25% distillates (petroleum), hydrotreated light (CAS 64742-47-8), which carries an aspiration hazard classification, H304 – may be fatal if swallowed and enters airways. Recommended PPE includes nitrile rubber or neoprene gloves, safety glasses with side-shields conforming to EN166, and protective work clothing. The product should be stored in cool, dry conditions in well-sealed receptacles, in a bunded area, away from oxidising agents, and should not be allowed to enter drains, sewers or watercourses.

Suitable for pre-mix and oil-injection lubrication systems where permitted by the equipment manufacturer.

Common Questions

It is intended for compatible air-cooled two-stroke petrol engines, including motorcycles, mopeds, motor scooters, chainsaws and other powered equipment. It may be used in pre-mix or oil-injection systems where specified by the manufacturer.

Gem Fully Synthetic 2T Oil meets the performance requirements of JASO FC, ISO-L-EGC and API TC. These are two-stroke engine-oil performance classifications, not vehicle-manufacturer approvals.

At a 50:1 fuel-to-oil ratio, one 100ml bottle treats 5 litres of petrol. Only use this ratio where 50:1 is specified by the equipment manufacturer; other engines may require a different ratio.

Yes, where the engine manufacturer permits an oil meeting JASO FC, ISO-L-EGC or API TC. Add the product to the designated oil reservoir and follow the equipment handbook.
